和歌山大学大学院システム工学研究科の小室幸士さん（博士後期課程2年、物理工学クラスタ、情報フォトニクス研究室）が、2018年10月に開催された、International Symposium on Imaging, Sensing, and Optical Memory 2018（ISOM’18）でThe Student Paper Awardを受賞しました。
- 発表タイトル：
「Numerical autofocusing based on adaptive sharpness evaluation for complex amplitude imaging」
International Symposium on Imaging, Sensing, and Optical Memory 2018は、日本光学会が主催、日本応用物理学会等が共催で開催された国際シンポジウムです。The Student Paper Awardは、学生が登壇者である発表の中から、同シンポジウムに参加したプログラム委員による投票により決定されます。今回、26人の対象者の中から、見事に小室さんがThe Student Paper Awardに選ばれました。
なお、小室幸士さんは、1月にシステム工学研究科長表彰を受けることが決定しています。
